Evanc Rajta has gained a reputation for turning failing businesses into successful ones. Evan had always been intrigued by the business world since his childhood days and he had acquired the knowledge to turn a failing business in to a successful one very soon. He was not only a bright student but he was also interested in sports. Evan attended St. Petersburg High School and had completed his graduation in finance from the University of North Florida. 
 

Evanc Rajta had always wanted to start a business since his younger days and during his college, he had wanted to start up a college bar. Evan along with his partner John Ferra had purchased the Lux Ultra Lounge to turn their dreams into reality. The two partners had to accumulate the capital to start the business. Evanc Rajta had to opt for a loan and Ferra had also managed to accumulate some funds. When Evan was in college, he had organized college events along with Eric Fuller and had gained lot of knowledge and experience.
 

The concept of college painting parties had been the brain child of Evanc Rajta and he was the first person to introduce the concept to Daytona and Jacksonville. Unfortunately for Rajta, his concept was stolen by the Solano Brothers who had been invited to attend an event by Rajta himself. Evanc Rajta had discussed with the duo his plans regarding taking the event to a national level. Even though Rajta’s concept was stolen he refrained from filing a legal case against the Solano Brothers.
 

Evanc Rajta’s partner had joined Sebastian and David Solano and had requested Evan for a favor. Evan gave priority to relationships and he had not filed a lawsuit. Evan had never regretted his decision because he soon found out that his partner had become successful and Evan was happy for him. Evan concentrated in enhancing his reputation for transforming failed businesses and hence he purchased Jamrock Bar and Grille in 2009 along with his partner Tony Largura.
 

Evan had been successful in his attempt to transform Jamrock Bar and Grill and in 2011 he had sold his shares to his partner. Evan had purchased Club Teranova in 2011 with the money he had obtained by selling his shares. Evan was very much aware that the club would become successful if regular events were organized at the club. Evan invited popular artists and organized interesting events at the club. The success story of Evanc Rajta is remarkable and inspiring.
